2Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold by Holo Frontier are guaranteed to be authentic and sourced from trusted distributors, authorized suppliers, or reputable wholesalers whenever available.

3Product Availability

Inventory is subject to availability and may change without notice due to simultaneous online sales, live selling, supplier allocation, inventory adjustments, or in-store transactions. We reserve the right to cancel unavailable orders and issue an appropriate refund.

4Pricing

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Prices may change without notice. Market fluctuations after purchase do not entitle customers to refunds or price adjustments.

5Pre-Orders

• Release dates are estimates only.
• Supplier allocations may change without notice.
• Delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, customs, shipping companies, or force majeure are outside our control.
• If supplier allocations are reduced or cancelled, affected orders may be cancelled and refunded.

6Payments & Verification

Manual payment orders remain pending until verified.

• Customers may be asked to submit proof of payment.
• Customers must respond to payment verification requests within the timeframe specified in our communication or, if none is specified, within a reasonable period.
• If a customer fails to respond, Holo Frontier may cancel the order without further notice.
• Reserved inventory may be released back into stock.
• Repeated non-responsive customers may lose access to manual payment options.

7Reserved Inventory

Inventory may be temporarily reserved while awaiting payment verification. Failure to complete verification may result in automatic cancellation and release of stock.

8Shipping

• Shipping timelines are estimates only.
• Risk transfers once the shipment has been handed to the courier.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.
• If Holo Frontier or the courier requires additional information and the customer fails to respond promptly, any resulting delays shall be the customer’s responsibility.
• Returned shipments due to customer non-response or incorrect information may require payment of additional shipping charges before reshipment.

9Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may only be modified before packing or shipment. Certain pre-orders and allocated products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

10Returns & Exchanges

Returns are generally not accepted for opened products, buyer’s remorse, packaging imperfections, or random card pulls. Wrong items or materially damaged shipments caused by our handling must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos.

11Live Breaks

Products purchased for Live Breaks are opened on behalf of the customer. Pull rates, specific cards, grading potential, centering, print quality, and investment value are never guaranteed. Opened products are not eligible for return.

12High-Demand Products

Purchase limits may apply to allocated, promotional, convention-exclusive, or high-demand products. Orders attempting to circumvent limits may be cancelled.

13Product Condition

Minor factory imperfections, seal wrinkles, dents, print lines, centering issues, and other manufacturing variances do not constitute defects.

14Fraud Prevention

We may verify customer identity, request documentation, delay shipments during review, or cancel suspicious orders.

15User Conduct

Customers agree not to abuse staff, commit fraud, submit false information, manipulate promotions, interfere with website operations, or engage in chargeback abuse.

16Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to Holo Frontier or its respective owners. Trademarks remain the property of their respective holders. Holo Frontier is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any publisher or manufacturer unless expressly stated.

17Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or market-related losses.

18Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

19Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, transportation interruptions, government actions, supplier shortages, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

20Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable provisions of the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394), the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

21Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
